Recipe Contest Terms and Conditions

Notwithstanding any other provision of these Terms, nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude IAE’s liability for personal injury and/or death caused by its negligence.[/text_block]

- IAE and associated partners on this contest are allowed to share your recipe(s) on social media and make them available to the public.
- IAE and associated partners will serve as the judge for the contest and the decision shall be final.
- Every individual may only submit one recipe.
- If you are selected and you decide to come to the recording of the special cooking episode, you will be responsible for all travel expenses, and other fees associated with your attendance, and your travel and attendance will be at your own risk.

[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”left” font_size=”18″ font_font=”Lato” font_color=”%232c3e50″]The failure or delay or IAE to exercise or enforce any right in these terms does not waive IAE’s right to enforce that right.
If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of the United States, then to the extent permitted such illegal, invalid or unenforceable term(s) shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive and continue to be binding and enforceable.[/text_block]
